The Ogden Valley is home to five premier winter and seasonal destinations: Snowbasin Resort, Powder Mountain Resort, Nordic Valley, North Fork Park, and Pineview Reservoir, all within the towns of Huntsville, Eden, and Liberty, Utah.
Ken’s extensive experience includes working with hundreds of clients such as developers, builders, and investors, as well as Weber and Morgan County planning, engineering, assessor, recorder, and environmental health departments. He has successfully guided projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and peace of mind.

Early Career: 10 years as a manufacturers’ representative in the outdoor industry, working with Nordstrom accounts across Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Utah, with a focus on sales, training, and customer service
Real Estate: Full-time Realtor and Broker for over 27 years, specializing in the Ogden Valley and Morgan Valley markets
Ken is passionate about skiing and has been a certified ski instructor in Aspen, CO, Taos Ski Valley, NM, and Snowbasin Resort, UT, where he has taught for 28 years. He also served as a ski coach at Timberline on Mt. Hood, OR, during summer camps, and enjoys giving guided mountain tours at Snowbasin with early access privileges.
An avid outdoorsman, Ken spent 10 years as a sales representative for High Wind Windsurfing Equipment in Hood River, OR, and continues to enjoy the athleticism of windsurfing. His other passions include mountain biking, dirt biking, trials riding, street motorcycling, hiking, photography, and spending time with his Labrador Retrievers.
