Are the Chalets located at the “edge of the water?”

No, but they are close and some lots have fantastic views of  Pineview Reservoir and the Ogden Valley.

What is the terrain like?

Hilly, sloping, dry, open pasture, not many trees. Unlike nearby, The Summit @ Ski Lake, lot sizes are smaller, averaging 1/2-3/4 acre. Home sizes tend to be smaller as well and with the current trend of downsizing, Edgewater is an excellent choice.

Are horses allowed?

Five acres has been put aside for an Equestrian Center, yet to be developed.
