There was quite a buzz around town in 1998 (I was a new Realtor), when SLI Development launched a creative promotion to sell lots, some of them five acres on Pineview Reservoir in Huntsville. One five acre “trophy lot” was reputed to have sold for $500,000!
Why buy in Heritage Knoll?There are a multitude of reasons. One biggie is the close proximity to Pineview Reservoir with an easement for property owners and their guests to walk to and access a private beach and Pineview. Another reason would be the variety of lot sizes ranging from one over six acres. At 23 lots, a smaller, low density subdivision with a lot of land. You are allowed to have animals and there is pressurized secondary water, which can be good for the water bill and for horses. Another reason is location, really convenient valley access and just minutes to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley resorts. And there are panoramic views of Snowbasin, Pineview Reservoir, and the Ogden Valley.
